Age: The applicant should have completed 18 years of age and should not have completed 44 years of age as on 01/07/2017.
Selection Process: The selection process is done on the basis of marks obtained in the requisite qualifying academic examinations. If sufficient numbers of Telugu Typewriting qualification are not available for appointment as the typist, candidates with English Typewriting qualification may be appointed subject to the condition that he/she should acquire Telugu Typewriting qualification within the period of probation on pain of postponement of increment without cumulative effect.
If the candidates with higher grade qualification either in typewriting are not available, candidates in lower grade qualification will be considered for the appointment as the typist as the case may be. All the DSC posts will be filled on the merit basis only.

Selection Process: The selection process for candidates is done through written examination which can be conducted as either Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) or offline OMR based examination of objective type. The candidates selected for the written test will be subjected to walking test. The walking test is only a physical endurance test and shall not carry any marks. It is treated as a qualifying test.

Probation Period:

Assistant: 6 months from the date of joining which may be extended for a maximum period of 6 months.
Assistant Manager: Before appointment as Assistant Manager, there will be a training period of 1 year as Management Trainee from the date of joining. A consolidated salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month will be paid during this training period. The appointment to the post of Assistant Manager will be subject to successful and satisfactory completion of the training period. There will be a probation period of 1 year from the date of appointment as Assistant Manager which may be extended for a maximum period of 1 year.

The written examination will be conducted for two hours with the topics English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Numerical Ability. The examination will be conducted for 200 marks with 200 questions.
The online examination will be separate for Assistant and Assistant Manager. It will be in English language only. There will be a penalty for wrong answers in the online examination. For every wrong answer to a question given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank.
Depending upon the number of vacancies, only those candidates who rank sufficiently high in the order of merit based on their respective Marks in Online Examination for Assistant and Assistant Manager will be called for interview. Candidates who do not obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the Interview will be disqualified from further selection. Final selection will be made on the basis of combined marks of Online Examination and Interview strictly according to the merit ranking, subject to minimum qualifying marks in the Interview. The final merit list and selection will be separate for the post of Assistant & Assistant Manager. The Company reserves the right to change the process of selection, if necessary.

  1. All the candidates applying for Assistant Professor Cadre in the Faculty of Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering & Technology and Home Science should have qualified (himself/herself) in the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the subject concerned along with one publication in NAAS rated journal on the date of notification.
  2. The candidates registered for Ph.D. prior to July 11, 2009, shall be exempted from NET subject to the following conditions that: (However the marks for Ph.D. shall not be given)
  3. a) Ph.D. Degree of the candidate awarded in regular mode only
  4. b) Evaluation of Ph.D. thesis by at least two external examiners
  5. c) Open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidate has been conducted
  6. d) Candidate has published two research papers from his / her Ph.D. work out of which at least one must be referral journal
  7. e) Candidate has made at least two presentations in conference/seminars based on his / her Ph.D. work
  8. f) (a) to (e) as above are to be certified by the Vice-Chancellor / Pro Vice-Chancellor / Dean (Academic Affairs) / Dean (University Instructions)
  9. For Physically and Visually challenged persons 5% relaxation of marks is allowed at the Master’s level 4. The candidate should have the working knowledge of Telugu.
