NHM AP (kadapa) Recruitment 2017-Apply for 51 Staff Nurse Other Posts: National Health Mission invites applications from eligible candidates for the Posts in various departments of Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department. The notification is released with the Advertisement No. 03/2017. Eligible candidates can apply through prescribed qualification and prescribed application form through online and send it through offline. Eligible Candidates can apply for the posts before 05/08/2017. eligible candidates for filling up of the following posts under various programmes under National Health Mission on contract basis

Fee: An application fee of Rs. 200/- is to be paid by the candidates in the form of DD. If the Candidates who are applying for the posts more than one programme have to be submitted one D.D. only. No separate Demand Draft is essential. The details of already taken D.D.No. has to be mentioned in other applications

Age: Candidates age should have an age of superannuation is 42 years as on 01/07/2017 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.396, General Administration (Ser. A) Dept., Dt. 5/11/2016. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and BC- 5 years, Ph and Ex-Service Men and PWD- 10 years.

Selection Process: The selection of candidates is purely based on Merit.

 How to apply: – Separate Applications should be submitted post wise and program wise. Eligible candidates can apply for the mentioned posts only through online mode. The candidates have to download the application, fill it and submit the copies of certificates for applying online

Attested copy of marks memo of SSC , Attested copy of latest caste certificate (in case of SC/ST/BC), Attested copies of study certificates from Class-IV to X where the candidate studied, Attested copy of latest Physically handicapped certificate (if applicable) / Ex-serviceman, Demand Draft for Rs.200/- drawn in favor of District Medical & Health Officer, Kadapa.

For the post of OBG Specialist: Attested copies of MBBS & PG Degree / Diploma in Gynaecology Marks memos of all years, Provisional Certificates, Internship Certificate and Permanent Registration of APMC.

For the post of Staff Nurse: All attested copies of B.Sc. (N) / G.N.M. Marks Memos’ of all years, Provisional Certificates & Permanent Registration of A.P.Nursing Council.

For the post of Lab-Technician: All attested copies of Academic and Technical Qualification Marks Memos of all years, Provisional Certificates & Permanent Registration of A.P.Para Medical Board.

For remaining all Categories: All attested copies of Educational & Technical Marks Memos pertaining to the respective post.
