SPA Vijayawada Recruitment 2017-Apply for Medical Officer: School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada invites applications for filling the posts of Medical Officer purely on contract basis. SPAV is an institute of national importance, desires to provide medical First-Aid facilities for its Students, Faculty and Staff. MBBS Degree or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.
Desirable: Post Graduate qualification, preferably MD, in General medicine from a reputed medical education institute.
Experience: For MBBS degree holders, the experience of 10 years as the medical officer in a hospital or dispensary.
Period of contract: Initially 1 year and further extendable.

Selection Process: The selected Doctor will be engaged by SPA Vijayawada purely on consolidated payment basis. The candidates who are selected will be recruited for contract basis but not on Permanent basis. Retired Doctors are also eligible for applying to the post. Selected Doctor is supposed to work in office timings of SPA Vijayawada / 4 to 5 hours a day and it should be necessary to attend duties, in case of emergency as when required.
